The Heart Man

1. There was a little boy, who was 11 years old, called David.

2. He had two troublesome friends named Oscar and Tiger.

3. On evenings they used to play in the canefields after school.

4. Outside the canefields, there was a stand pipe.

5. The boys usually come home whenever they felt like.

6. David's mother told him about the heart man.

7. David is scared, but still continues to go in the cane fields after school.

8. One evening David got his new school shoes muddy.

9. He goes to wash his feet at the stand pipe.

10. A strange man comes talking to boys and acts concerned.

11. He eludes them to go by him so they can wash their feet.

12. David refuses to go and says he going back home.

13. David turns back, because his friends has books.

14. He catches the man trying to hurt his friends.

15. He tries to run back home to tell the villagers what had happened.

16. No one believed him.

17. The man escapes and the man is never found.
